I made Britain my home in 1998, after studying at the London School of Economics. Born in the USSR (literally), I chose to build my life in a country that values freedom and opportunity.
I have built a career in financial services, beginning in tax advisory with Price Waterhouse (now PwC) and now serving as Director of Research and Analytics at the London Stock Exchange Group.
I am a proud father of two grown-up children, both university graduates, which allows me time to enjoy DIY and gardening in my spare time.
Supporting Ukraine’s fight for independence is a key motivation for me. Not only is it personal, but vital for British national security.
Here in Grove Park, I want to bring the same determination to local issues:
- A stronger Conservative voice to hold Lewisham Council to account
- Safer streets and more visible policing
- Tackling fly-tipping, waste and neglected spaces
- Supporting local shops and restoring pride to our high street
I did not grow up in a Conservative family. I chose to become one because the Party champions aspiration, hard work and responsibility — values that have defined my own life.
It would be an honour to represent Grove Park and work every day to make our community safer, cleaner and stronger.
